### Fried vs roasted green peas
Whether you decide to fry or bake green peas, the result is very similar. Frying green peas would require more oil but they are slightly more fragrant and does require less time compared to baking/roasting. Fried green peas will produce green pea flour which is oilier hence, you do not need so much oil when baking the cookies.
To roast green peas, coat green peas with 1 tablespoon of oil. Bake in a preheated over at 200 Celsius for 40 minutes.
### Powdered sugar vs granulated sugar
