In this video, Dr. Berg talks about consuming balsamic vinegar on ketogenic diet. Balsamic vinegar doesn’t have fiber on it, it is pure liquid and can spike blood sugar because it is high in glycemic index. It is important to read the label because they vary – make sure you would get the one that’s only 2 grams of sugar per tablespoon.
