7-8 Potatoes, boiled
1 Onion, chopped
1 tsp Garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Flour&water
2 cups Breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
In a bowl mash potato, add salt, onion, garlic, coriander leaves, mix well, form small balls of it and stuff it with cheese.
Dip the balls into the flour, and then into the flour slurry, coat it with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a vessel, add the cheese balls and fry them till they are golden brown.
Take it out on a kitchen towel to drain the excess oil.
