For a Delicious Stir fry cooking, we have balance pork meat and vegetables. So tasty that if pair with steamed rice, would be considered perfect match. Don't over cooked the pak choy ( bok choy ) or it will be soggy and not crunchy. Enjoy.

6 oz. ------ pork (slice into strips, against the grain)
3 oz. ------ enokitake mushrooms (wash, rinse & trim ends)
10 oz. ----- baby pak choy (wash & cut into 2, lengthwise)
2 Tbsp ---- ginger, minced (1 Tbsp each for veggie & meat)
as needed ------ cooking oil
as needed -- shaoxing rice wine (for sizzle on pak choy & meat)
1 Tbsp ---- sesame oil (for pak choy)
2 Tbsp --- light soy sauce
1 tsp ----- corn starch
1 Tbsp --- cooking oil (to be added just before cooking)
