Homemade Whipped Cream
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Seeds of 1 vanilla bean
Whip together using a hand mixer until light and fluffy!
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
Create a double-boiler by placing a heat-safe bowl over a medium saucepan with 1 inch of simmering water.
Combine the chocolate and heavy cream in the bowl and stir it until the chocolate is completely melted.
Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot or bowl and serve immediately.
