¾ cup aloo bhujia sev
1 large tomato, chopped
8 white bread slices
1 medium onion, chopped
2 chopped green chillies
3 tbsps chopped fresh coriander
2 tbsps tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
Butter for applying
4 cheese slices
1. In a bowl, add aloo bhujia sev, tomatoes, onion, coriander, green chillies, tomato ketchup, salt and mix well.
2. Apply butter on the bread slice, place a portion of the stuffing on one side, place the cheese slice on top and cover it with another slice of bread with butter side down. Apply butter on top of the prepared sandwiches.
3. Melt butter on a non-stick tawa. Place the prepared sandwiches and toast till golden brown on both sides.
4. Cut into triangles and serve hot with potato wedges.
