Guys, it’s #FishyFriday! A quick and healthy meal that I love to cook for my family is this pan fried salmon with spuds and broccoli coated in the freshest home made basil pesto. Super #healthy, quick to make and only using a couple of ingredients, the #salmon with its crispy golden brown skin is guaranteed to be a family favourite!
