Simple stuff! four 4 ounce patties SMASHED. One ground ribeye, one ground pork shoulder, one ground lamb and finally, ground duck breast. Toppings include, duck cracklins, "haystack fried onions" and "Moonshine Sauce" (recipe below). This burger was EPIC!
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1 tbs salted butter
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbs turbinado sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 ounces moonshine whiskey (or spirit of choice)
1/3 cup mayo
In a saucepan, stir together everything, but the moonshine. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer, stirring the entire time. Once the above ingredients are mixed thoroughly, add moonshine (away from heat source).

Simmer 20 minutes then remove from heat. Once sauce has cooled, mix in mayo.
