1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
1 Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
2 Green Chillies, chopped
1 tsp Italian Pizza seasoning
Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add cheese, onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, Italian Pizza seasoning and mix them well.
Take a bread slice, apply butter on it, flip it and place a cheese slice on it.
Load it with the prepared mixture, slightly press it down and cover it another buttered slice.
Heat a pan, place the sandwich on it, cover it with a plate and place some weight over it.
Let it cook on low flame on both sides till it is brown.
Take it out of the pan and cut it.
Our Grilled Cheese Sandwich is ready to serve.
