Scrumptious paranthas stuffed with the goodness of sprouts.
SPROUTS PARANTHA (Served - 4)
1 cup moong sprouts
Ready-made whole wheat flour dough, made with 1½ cups flour
2 green chillies, roughly chopped
1 inch ginger, roughly chopped
Salt to taste
Whole wheat flour for dusting
Ghee as required
Yogurt to serve
1. In a food process, add moong sprouts, green chillies, ginger, salt, and process it a coarse paste. Transfer it into a bowl and set aside.
2. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Dip each ball with whole wheat flour and roll slightly, stuff with a portion of the prepared stuffing. Flatten it and roll them into paranthas.
3. Heat a non-stick tawa, cook both sides for 1-2 minutes and apply ghee on each side.
4. Serve hot along with yogurt.
