1 cup Cabbage, julienne
1 Carrot, julienne
1/2 Capsicum, julienne
50 gms Green Peas
1 tbsp Butter
2 packet Maggi Noodles
1 tbsp Schezwan sauce
1 cube Cheese
Method of preparation:
Heat a wok, add butter, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, toss them until they are cooked yet little crunchy.
Add salt, give it a toss, switch off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
In the same wok, add water, green peas, Maggi noodles, Maggi masala, mix well and allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
Once the noodles are 3/4 cook, add some sauteed vegetables and keep the rest for garnishing.
Give it a quick toss and add schezwan and cheese.
Give it a quick toss and our Maggi is ready to plate.
