A quick and easy recipe to make flavourful and delicious Chowmein right in the comfort of your home.
1½ cups boiled noodles
2 tbsps oil
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
4-5 spring onion bulbs, sliced
1 small carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
1 cup shredded cabbage
Salt to taste
1½ tbsps soy sauce
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
2 tbsps chopped spring onion greens
Spring onion curls for garnish
1. Heat 2 tbsps oil in non-stick pan, add garlic, ginger, and sauté well. Add green chillies, spring onion bulbs and sauté till translucent.
2. Add carrots and sauté well. Add cabbage and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
3. Add noodles, salt, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp spring onion greens and mix well. Cook for 1 minute and add the remaining spring onion greens.
4. Garnish with spring onion curls and serve hot.
