I love hake! Hake is an amazing white fish and a brilliant substitute for fish like cod and haddock. We did a blind taste test on ‘Jamie and Jimmy’s Friday Night Food Fight’ and the diners couldn’t tell the difference. For this recipe I use hake steaks because fish from the bone is more flavourful than a regular fillet, serve it with roasted and dressed peppers and you have a super simple week-night meal! Enjoy.
