Jack Daniel's Glaze Recipe:
1 cup Jack Daniel's (or other bourbon)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt to taste
Mix well and bring to a boil. Simmer until sauce thickens.
