1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste.
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala.
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder.
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder.
1 tsp Italian Pizza Seasoning.
Salt to taste.
1 tbsp Water.
400 grams Paneer. (cut into cubes)
3 tbsp Maida.
3 tbsp Corn Flour.
1/4 tsp Salt.
Bread Crumbs. (3 slices of Bread)
Oil for frying.
Chaat Masala. (Garnishing)
Method of preparation :
For Paneer marination.
Take a 1 tsp of Ginger & garlic paste in a bowl. Now, add all the dry masalas, 1/2 tsp of Chaat Masala, 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Italian Pizza seasoning, finally salt for taste. Mix everything together. Add 400 grams if paneer cube to the bowl and make sure pieces of paneer are well coated with marination. Keep it aside for a while and start making batter.
For Batter, take 3 tbsp of Maida and 3 tbsp of corn flour. Add a 1/4 tsp of salt and water as required.
Make sure the batter is of running consistency, Next, step is to add pieces of marinated paneer to the
batter. Dip paneer pieces into the batter. After adding pieces into batter take them out and roll it with
bread crumbs. Ensure that paneer is well covered with bread crumbs.
Heat oil for deep frying. Fry pieces of paneer till they’re golden brown. Take them out and sprinkle some
chaat masala on top of it and Paneer Popcorns are ready to serve.
