Bread Rolls can be an amazing snack recipe that you can serve with tea or pack it in your kid's tiffin. It is an easy fried snack that is crisp from outside and soft from inside. DO try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic, crushed
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Potatoes, boiled
2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder, roasted
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
Salt as required
Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a vessel, add garlic, onion, fry till they turn translucent.
Transfer it to a bowl containing potatoes.
Add red chilli powder, coriander, salt and mash it well.
Chop of the edges of the bread, dip it into the water and drain it completely by pressing it.
Fill the bread with the potato mixture and cover it on all sides with bread.
Keep it inside the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Dab them with just a touch of cornflour.
Fry the rolls in hot oil.
