Today I am joined by my very good friend and celebrity chef Miljuschka Witzenhausen for a fabulous crab & fresh grapefruit salad. Miljuschka was inspired by her travels to Vietnam for her new cookbook and TV show (24kitchen) to create this dish.
For this dish we are using Alaskan King Crab. Feel free to use any crab you can get your hands on, fresh, frozen or tinned. But make sure to buy it MSC certified for the healthy future of our oceans. If you cannot find crab, you can replace it with prawns or shrimp. Enjoy!
