Samin Nosrat—author of Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat and host of the new Netflix show of the same name—stopped by the MUNCHIES Test Kitchen to show us how to make the best tuna sandwich ever.
She goes all out, making her own version of canned tuna, with the confit method, and teaches us the French style of building the perfect sandwich.
She also shows us how to make homemade mayonnaise, and even how to fix a "broken" mayonnaise. If you're normally a tuna sandwich hater, this is the one that will turn you into a believer.
