Potatoes infused with numerous lip-smacking spices resulting in a delicious carnival of flavours.
4-6 medium potatoes, parboiled and cut into wedges
1½ tsps red chilli flakes
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp thyme
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Salt to taste
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tbsps butter, melted
1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
2. In a baking tray, place potatoes, red chilli flakes, oregano, thyme, crushed peppercorns, salt, red chilli powder, butter and mix well.
3. Place the tray in the preheated oven till the potatoes turn golden brown and crisp. Remove from heat.
4. Serve hot with ketchup.
