½ cup sweet corn, boiled and crushed
½ cup grated paneer
8 samosa pattis
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 small capsicum, finely chopped
2 tbsps fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
½ cup grated processed cheese
2 tsps red chilli flakes
Refined flour slurry as required
Oil for deep frying
Green chutney for serving
1. In a bowl, add corn, paneer, onion, green chillies, capsicum, coriander, salt, and cheese. Mix well. Add red chilli flakes and mix again.
2. Stuff a portion of the prepared mix in a samosa patti, fold it. Apply the refined flour slurry on the edges and seal it. Similarly, make the rest for the remaining stuffing. Keep aside.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick pan, add the prepared samosas one by one and deep fry till golden and crispy. Drain them on an absorbent paper.
4. Serve hot along with green chutney.
