Potato Vermicelli Cutlet is a delicious snack recipe that can be had as an appetizer or snack. These crispy cutlets are made with healthy veggies, then dipped in flour batter and then coated with vermicelli. Do try it at home and let us know your feedback in the comments below.
1 tbsp Oil
1 Ginger, crushed
1/2 Capsicum, chopped
1 Carrot, chopped
4-5 French Beans, chopped
1/4 cup Green Peas, boiled&mashed
1/4 cup Vermicelli, boiled
1/2 tsp Amchur powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala powder
1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder
5 Green Chillies, chopped
3 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
3 Potatoes, boiled&mashed
1 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Plain Flour
Oil for frying
1 cup Vermicelli, roasted
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and cook it for a min.
Add capsicum, carrot, french beans and cook it for 2 minutes.
Add vermicelli, amchur powder, garam masala, chaat masala, red chilli powder, green chillies and mix well.
Turn off the flame and let it cool down.
Transfer it to a bowl, add coriander leaves, potatoes, corn flour, salt, brown bread crumbs and mix them well.
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape them into cutlets.
In a bowl, add plain flour, water and make a batter.
Heat oil in a vessel, dip the cutlet into the batter and fry them in hot oil.
Our Potato Vermicelli Cutlets are ready to serve.
