1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
3 Onions, chopped
1/2 cup Poha
1/2 cup Coconut, grated
1 tsp Chaat Masala
3 tsp Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Ginger-Chilli paste
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Amchur powder
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Coriander leaves, chopped
1 Potato, mashed
Samosa Patti (Sheets)
Oil for Frying
Method of preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, onion, cook it for a minute and
then take it down.
Add poha, coconut, give it a mix.
Add chaat masala, sugar, ginger-chili paste, garam masala, amchur powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.
Add potato, mix well and our stuffing is ready.
Take a samosa patti, fold it into a triangular shape and add the filling into it after it cools down.
Seal the edges with maida slurry and fry it.
Make sure that you reduce the flame and let them fry on low heat.
