1 medium pineapple, peeled and roughly chopped
4 medium green apples, deseeded and cut into wedges
2-3 medium sweet lime, peeled and separated into segments
Black salt to taste
Ice cubes as required
Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing
1. Juice out together green apple wedges, pineapple and sweet lime segments using an electric juicer.
2. Add black salt to the juice and mix well.
3. Put few ice cubes in individual serving glasses, pour the juice and serve chilled garnished with mint sprig.
